If you’ve been reading my blogs for a while you would know that I got diagnosed with bipolar disorder 2 years ago and I started this blog as an outcome. It’s a very positive approach to turn your struggles into an opportunity for yourself and look the brighter side of things. Like right now during COVID-19, a lot of people have started their online businesses or blogs. And that is just amazing! People are starting to re-ignite their passions and turning them into businesses.
In this episode we have Sanam Asif, who is a blogger, a freelancer and she started her organic skin care line during a sad phase in her life.
In this episode we discuss:
- How Sanam turned started her business to take care of her daughter
- How she deals with stress on a day to day basis
- How is running a your own business better than a 9-to-5 job
- And some hacks for mental well-being while running your business
