🔸Do something you love that expresses you. Like painting, writing or poetry. You need to let out all your pain.

🔸Do something relaxing. Like listening to music, putting on scented candles or going on a walk.

I was 17 and depressed. But I felt so comfortable being that way. I didn't even think about googling 'how to end depression'🌷

I thought being depressed defined me. I wanted to be labelled as a goth and emo. I was so so wrong and I wish somebody would've told me that ⭐

Your emotions do not define you and definitely should not control you. Tell your emotions who's in charge! 🌈 You deserve WAY MORE than what you've settled for. And it's ABSOLUTELY possible to change how things are. Look at me now! ❤️

I remember what I felt when I painted this. Like there was a hole in my hand and everything was just slipping away. I wasn't able to grab onto things. I wasn't able to understand what was going on in my life. Things were happening without my control.

I felt like this when my dad passed away. I felt like this when I found out I had bipolar II. I felt like this when I didn't know what my purpose was.

⭐ But everything changed when I decided to get better ⭐

When you set intention and decide, "hey it's enough and I'm tired of this life and I want something better", that is when things get better.
